Commonwealth Day 2006
I almost forgot. Today is Commonwealth Day. Click here for a message from HM Queen Elizabeth II. The theme this year is health and vitality, and it's refreshing to hear the Queen discuss the challenge facing hiv-positive citizens of the Commonwealth.
The Commonwealth is a free association of 53 countries, comprising approximately 30 per cent of the world's population. Member nations include the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, India, South Africa, and Singapore. Click here for a graphical listing of Commonwealth nations by flag.

If you hadn't I wouldn't have had the opportunity to send out my Commonwealth Day cards.
If you are on my list, please understand that I sent these cards out weeks ago. The post office was so burdened with the Commonwealth Day traffic that it took that long for my card to arrive.
I got nothing, other than today is March 14th in the US. :)
We give each other commemorative coin sets featuring the Queen, and gifts purchased from Marks & Spencer.
