personal hygiene 101

Hair washing is also good. I was about to have a little nap on the train the other day... noticed just in the nick of time that somebody before me had smeared their hair grease all over the window. Ew, people!!!

hair washing is not at all as important, i dont wash my hair everyday.....i do brush my teeth more than once a day. you should never nap on a train anyway.
