I don't watch football, but I pay attention to the Superbowl ads the next day. I had no idea who Matt Light was until this ad. Damn! He even has his own charitable foundation . HOW HOT IS HE? Jeebus! And he can dance! I wonder if he'll do Dancing with the Stars one day. I am in bear heaven. WHAT. A. MAN !

Yeah, I watched me some television on Saturday. And lastnight, I watched Super Size Me on CBC . I had always wanted to see it, but knowing that Morgan Spurlock spews in it made me want to make sure I had control of the volume. (I always mute barf scenes, and usually look away from the television.) It's funny: despite having seen Spurlock and Rowe projectile vomit on the small screen, I still find them eminently attractive.

He played a no-nonsense, no-drama gay guy who oozed sex and a comfortable, natural masculinity that had me, um, standing at attention . On Monday's episode of Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip , he guest starred as a movie producer who offers Harriet a major role--and states that he wants to date her. My friend Paul, currently visiting me from SF, brought me this poster that was apparently all over the Castro during Folsom . It appears to not be associated with any particular organization or support group... I'm guessing that someone made it him/herself and decided to paste it on light standards. I love points #8 and #10. And I love the little cub on the right. WROWR! (Alright, alright.
