Oh I know what the problem is. You need to turn the volume up on your kumputr. Double-click on the little thingamajig that looks like a speaker... it might be on your task bar or maybe even in your Kun-troll Pannle.
For everyone else: this was Shirley MacLaine in her new movie Rumor Has It. I realize the audio quality isn't the best (yes, I held up the phone to my computer speaker to get the sound file). She's saying, "come in; I'll put on a pot of bourbon."
